NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1.    HOW TO ENTER

a.    The Austin Fashion Week VIP Experience Ticket Giveaway will begin on 4/10/14 at 4AM and end on 4/22/14 at 5PM.

b.    To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): log onto thecwaustin.com and click on Contests.

c.     The Station is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, illegible, incomplete or late entries

d.    The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”

2.    ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a.    The contest is open to all KNVA viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in the DMA of Austin.  Employees of KNVA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the Austin metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.  Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.

b.    Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest. A winner must wait 90 days before entering another contest.

c.     Winner must sign a participant/prize release form. Winner must have valid ID to claim prize and must claim prize in person.

3.    PRIZES

Prize for contest: (2) VIP all access badge.

1      Priority seating and VIP lounge access at the University of Texas Fashion Show "Spectrum" Presented by Lexus of Austin -- the Official Kickoff Event for Austin Fashion Week.

2      One ticket to the Shop787 local vendor showcase on Monday, April 28 at Austin Music Hall.

3      One ticket to The Men's Event on Tuesday, April 29 at Austin Music Hall.

4      Exclusive ticket to take products from the AFW VIP Gift Wall during the AFW Runways (April 30 – May 1) at Austin Music Hall. Each night receive a VIP bag and enjoy complimentary beauty products, accessories, discounts and more from a chic Gift Wall.

5      Priority seating (first three rows) and VIP lounge access to the Wednesday, April 30 AFW Runways and Marketplace. VIP lounge access includes 4 drink tickets and pre-party featuring heavy appetizers from a TBD restaurant. VIP post-event features desserts & sweets from Simon Lee Bakery and a designer meet & greet.

6      Priority seating (first three rows) and VIP lounge access to the Thursday, May 1 AFW Runways and Marketplace. VIP lounge access includes 4 drink tickets and pre-party featuring heavy appetizers from a TBD restaurant. VIP post-event features desserts & sweets from Simon Lee Bakery and a designer meet & greet.

7      Priority seating (first three rows) and VIP lounge access to the Designer All Stars show on Friday, May 2. VIP lounge access includes 4 drink tickets and pre-party featuring heavy appetizers from Urban. An American Grill. VIP post-event features desserts & sweets from Rocheli Patisserie and a chance to meet the designers that have been featured on Lifetime's hit television show Project Runway™!

8      Red carpet walk, priority seating and VIP lounge access to the 6th Annual Austin Fashion Awards on Saturday, May 3. VIP lounge access includes 4 drink tickets and pre-party featuring heavy appetizers from Catering With a Twist. 

9      Access to Austin Fashion Awards After Party with featured designers and award winners at RIO beginning immediately after the Austin Fashion Awards (cash bar).

10  One year of Austin Fashion Week Patron Status with access to monthly industry events (individual membership only).

b.    Winner will be responsible for picking up badges at Will Call during each event. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by Friday 4/25/14 by 5PM. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.  Prize is valued at $1500.00.

c.     There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash.  The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.  Other restrictions may apply.

4.             WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a.    Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.

b.    Winner will be randomly drawn from all entries on 4/22/14 at 5PM.

c.     The winner will be notified by telephone. Winner will be responsible for picking up badges at each Austin Fashion Week event at Will Call.

d.    Winner must pick up prize with Photo ID. No other persons may pick up prize on their behalf.

e.    The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

f.      Winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries. Winner must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by random drawing of eligible entries.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.

5.    CONDITIONS

a.    Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.  Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b.    By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.  The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.

c.     Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

d.    The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. 

e.    Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

f.      The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

g.    Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KNVA 908 W MLK Jr. Blvd Austin, TX 78701.

h.    This contest is not sponsored by a third party.
