SCATTER MY ASHES AT BERGDORF'S contest winners will receive one (1) pass good for two (2) people to the advanced screening of SCATTER MY ASHES AT BERGDORF'S on Tuesday, May 21st at 7:30PM at the Regal Arbor 8 @ Great Hills located at 9828 Great Hills Trail. The winner must enter to win online. Winners must be able to verify identity to claim prize.
1.TO ENTER: No purchase or payment is necessary to win. Go to thecwaustin.com and enter to win. Submission period will begin on Friday, May 10th at midnight through Thursday, May 17th at 12:00pm. Winners will be selected randomly on May 17th at approximately 1pm.
2.ELIGIBILITY: SCATTER MY ASHES AT BERGDORF'S contest is open to all residents of Texas. Employees and immediate family members of KXAN/KNVA are not eligible to win. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
3.ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4.PRIZES AND NOTIFICATION: The winners will be contacted via phone or email and will need to pick up their tickets at the KXAN/KNVA station. Winners must be able to verify identity to claim prize.
5.Contest winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winner may waive their right to receive a prize. No cash or other substitution is allowed, and prizes are nontransferable. Prizes and individual components of prize awards are subject to availability and KXAN/KNVA reserves the right to substitute one or more prizes or prize components with a prize or component of equal or greater value. All prizes claimed will be awarded.
6.SCATTER MY ASHES AT BERGDORF'S contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Contest Rules. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a winner's disqualification and the award of his or her prize to an alternate winner.
7.All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
8.KXAN/KNVA will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent textual errors in these Official Rules or in other contest materials. SCATTER MY ASHES AT BERGDORF'S contest is subject to all federal, state and local regulations. Void where prohibited.
